As a Product Delivery Manager in Digital Channels and Connectivity Solutions within Payments, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. 
Our J.P. Morgan Access® suite of digital channels and connectivity solutions provides cash management services via online, mobile, file transmission, APIs and integrations. We cater to a wide range of clients, including Corporate, Commercial, Business Banking, and Wealth Management segments. Our goal is to meet clients at every stage of their digital journey and guide them towards success with our best-in-class solutions.
Job responsibilities
  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Manages overall governess process to ensure consistent and timely data
  • Develops approach to federate and simplify data distribution for various internal reporting use cases such as client targeting, usage and key business drivers
  • Test the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
  • Performs advanced analytics to optimize customer experiences, improve revenue generation, uncover data insights, and drive other business outcomes
  • Organizes and manages multiple projects with diverse cross-functional stakeholders at once
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies 
  • Extensive knowledge of data management, technical design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Working experience with Snowflake, SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, JIRA
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across various teams and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, embracing ambiguity and navigating through change positively while helping to remove challenges/blockers
  • A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
