**Prep Cook** This position is responible for producing batter, sugars, etc on mass scale Typical shift 6a-2p

*Weekends Required* **Overnight Donut Maker**Typical Shift 6p-2a

Sundays are required and full time or part time availability

The prep cook will prepare items needed for the company according to the Culinary Directors standards

The successful candidate will be responsible for properly handling raw ingredients and following recipets to produce the finished product. The candidate is to follow the direction of the culinary director, and the kitchen manager.

The candidate will have experience in the food service industry, is punctual and is committed to impeccable food presentation and health & safety standards.

**WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED .**
