You will be placed on one of the following teams while still meeting and collaborating regularly with other analysts on the team: Employee Communications Media Relations EventsJob Responsibilities Employee Communications - Work with experienced communications professionals on developing content, managing channels and crafting executive communications and messaging for employees. Media Relations - Learn from world-class media professionals on developing and managing media plans, conducting media coverage research and working with the media to inform the public of the firm's policies, practices, programs and initiatives in a positive, consistent and credible way. Events - Partner with our professional planners to deliver internal and external events that can range from large investor conferences to intimate roundtable dinner discussions to sports & entertainment sponsorships.We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have a passion for communications, media relations or event planning help and support the firm tell its story.To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. JPMorgan Chase does not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. The firm also will not provide assistance or sign documentation in support of other forms of immigration sponsorship or benefit including Optional Practical Training (OPT) or Curricular Practical Training (CPT).Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Science (B.S.), or Fifth Year Master's Degree (M.A. or M.S.) with an expected graduation date between December 2023 and May 2024 All majors considered with a preference given for communications, marketing and public relations/journalism Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written skills. A writing test will be administered for roles in communication and media relations Absolute discretion when working with confidential information and relentless focus on client service Fluency across social media channels Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel (organizing data, producing reports), Word (mail merges, formatting), PowerPoint (basic formatting) and Adobe Photoshop Ability to support local events and travel when needed Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: A well-rounded academic background with a preferred minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale Relevant internship experience and leadership in school or community organizations is a plus Event planning industry knowledge and/or prior experience is beneficial but not required
