Our guiding principles ensure that our execution is infinitely scalable, product and client agnostic, globally consistent and durable, with laser-focus on helping our employees put themselves first, every day.As a Data Analytics Solutions Manager on the Integration and Migrations Team, you will be responsible for the controlled delivery of specific data content through multiple channels including dashboards, for ensuring adaptation to the evolution of underlying technologies and supporting users. You will have demonstrated success developing and delivering analytics solutions in a dynamic cross-functional environment. This will include leading the development and distribution of best-in-class dashboard content to end-users across the firm. You must have an ability to lead, challenge and adopt a changing business landscape and feel comfortable to communicate effectively to multiple levels of management, both written and verbal. Strong relationship management skills will be essential.Job Responsibilities: Developing and delivering consistent and controlled reporting and analysis across multiple delivery channels Building and managing advanced-level dashboards for business groups including the development of load scripts and visualizations Ensuring that distributed analytics (new and all updates) meet data quality and consistency standards (e.g. certification process) Ensuring downstream users have quality user experience and are adequately securing data and adopting best practices Driving analytics research and development efforts including: Leveraging predictive analytics/alerts and growing mobile capability Serving as a thought leader on cross-lob initiatives relating to analyticsRequired Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities: 5 years in financial services with significant Business Intelligence experience and a proven ability to lead development leveraging new reporting tools 5 years direct Business Intelligence experience with 1 year(s) of experience in a Qlik or Tableau reporting environment (or other in-memory BI tool) Extensive experience in leading development of distributed analytical/reporting tools (including requirements/story-gathering) Proven experience in the optimization of robust data models to ensure flexibility and to support reporting needs Desire to learn how to incorporate 'Big Data' capabilities, including Hadoop and data wrangling into Analytics design SQL knowledge and Database/Hadoop experience Demonstrated success leading Business Intelligence analytics projects with cross-functional teamsPreferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities: Other BI tool experience or experience with Java or Python scripting is a plusWork Schedule This hybrid role requires going into the office three days a week with two days' flexibility to work from home, subject to change
