JPMorgan Chase is Hiring an Anti-Money Laundering/Know-Your-Customer Senior Product Delivery Associate Near Columbus, OH

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in our AMLKYC product team, you will play a pivotal role in execution of Incremental Delivery through JIRA Epic issue types. Incremental Delivery will require high level of organization skills, experience in JIRA, Jira Align, MS Office, Confluence, and creative innovation. This role is accountable to lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and consult with stakeholders within the team. Communication and a Team Mindset are critical to ensure all stakeholders are engaged and aware of the planned delivery. Basic knowledge of various systems within the company such as Customer Assist (CA), Global Customer Platform (GCP), Business Banking (BB & SBL), Secure Onboarding (CIS) would be preferred. Required qualifications, skills and capabilities: Create comprehensive project timelines, utilizing forecasting techniques to ensure on-time product delivery and monitor scope while partnering with Product Owners to maintain effective focus on larger roadmap goals. Experience in agility methods for forecasting technique by applying capacity planning, release management and full partnership with the agility lead and product team for overall transparency. Experience in written and verbal communication to all levels of the organization. Including experience and knowledge of the practice in providing encouragement, identify risks, create solutions, and drive efficiency improvements in the development process. Drive cross-dependency communication and committed dates for quality insight in the overall end-to-end delivery execution success. Lead matrixes and cross-functional teams, engage with various means of collaboration, experienced with using influence and conflict resolution skills to achieve desired results. Continuous Learning Mindset for streamlining processes, identifying gaps in efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the agility of technology delivery across our product. Manage or Coach individuals or teams on how to break down a complex problem into manageable and achievable milestones for incremental delivery. Support the Agile Methodology and practice of Agile software delivery within the product. High Competence in analytical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and attention to detail, demonstrated by the ability to make timely and sound decisions Self-motivated and self-organized as well as capable to work independently and take ownership of deliverables. Demonstrated skillset knowledge and experience in mitigation techniques such as: communication of Risks and Blockers, communication of transparency of timeline shifts, as well as experience in escalation assistance during a project life-cycle Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities: Specific system knowledge preferred: Digital Account Opening, Banker Tools (Customer Assist), Technology Enhanced Due Diligence (TeDD), Customer Information System (CIS), Risk Scoring Utility (RSU), Enterprise KYC Profile Viewer (KYCPV), Name Screening (CLS Bridger), Risk Assessment (Mantas) Experience knowledge preferred: JIRA, JIRA Align, Confluence, SharePoint, Tableau and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and mitigation techniques 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
