The Firmwide Impact Marketing & Communications Team (FIMC) is leading JPMorgan Chase's strategic approach to proactively telling a sustained and coordinated story about its business and community impact across the world. The global team includes Corporate Marketing and external communications for Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability, Human Resources, and Morgan Health, coordinating with the firm's major lines of business, marquis community investments, public policy engagement, and marketing for DEI. We are seeking a Vice President who will support the Chief of Staff to the Head of Firmwide Impact Marketing & Communications with key initiatives, business objectives and operational management across a team of over 50 colleagues. Working closely with the Chief of Staff, Firmwide Impact Marketing & Communications leadership and the broader organization, the Vice President will support day-to-day operation, connect workstreams and strengthen coordination within the team and departments it works with to identify opportunities to create significant synergy and impact.This role will lead project management, coordination across teams, and on-time delivery of key priorities. The ideal candidate is an energetic strategist, communicator and project manager who will help track and lead the Firmwide Impact Marketing & Communications team's strategy and oversee the development and execution of plans that deliver on our priorities. A key factor of success for this role is supporting priority projects and objectives for Firmwide Impact Marketing & Communications in partnership with Lines of Business and Corporate functional partners. Job responsibilities: Support the Chief of Staff with managing the Firmwide Impact Marketing & Communications organization by staying one step ahead to help manage priorities effectively, coordinate activities, and track critical deliverables, including but not limited to: Lead team meetings and events (e.g., offsites, social events, year-end gatherings) from preparing agendas to executing meetings to managing follow-ups Work with financial partners and leadership team to track overall budgets including forecasting, planning, headcount, accruals, and reconciliations Project manage firmwide pillar marketing & communications strategies and execution; coordinate with firmwide impact framework and strategy teams Develop annual FIMC priorities, track progress against them, including mid-year and end-of-year reports recapping the team's work; lead innovation, new ideas and better ways to work across Firmwide Impact Marketing & Communications Implement new business strategy, strategic initiatives, or platforms, including aligning department and support groups (Finance, Legal, Compliance) Develop and support senior level strategic presentations and project management, including decks, briefs, talking points Guide members of the Firmwide Impact Marketing & Communications team on best practices and end-to-end solutions and continually look for process improvements Represent the Chief of Staff in respective internal/external working groups Lead the people agenda for the team's 50 members, inclusive of social events, training & development opportunities and tools trainings, ensuring our employees feel valued; work closely with other Chiefs of Staff and Business Manager counterparts within the Marketing and Corporate Responsibility Department and other Lines of Business to coordinate key initiatives, projects and deadlines Serve as a connection point across Firmwide Impact Marketing & Communications and others departments, where needed Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities: 6 plus years of work experience in business management or closely related field Excellent written and oral communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills and a high degree of independence Strong sense of ownership, extremely organized, detail oriented with strong commitment to accuracy, forward-thinking, proactive Resourceful - intuitive in finding information and the right connection points Flexibility with new projects that come up; ability to manage projects across businesses, functions and geographies and to build strong relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment High degree of professionalism, flexibility, good judgement and discretion; commitment to integrity and fostering an inclusive culture Superior judgement and experience managing confidential information Previous knowledge of budget management, planning and forecasting Deep knowledge of JPMC's business model, organization structure and performance metrics and ability to get things donePlease also note the work and deadlines associated with this position will require candidates be able to respond quickly, within reason, when situations may arise outside regular business hours.
