As a Business Process & Control Analyst in Chase Travel, you will manage day to day support of assigned Chase Travel governance procedures and controls. You will coordinate, plan and execute deliverables to ensure that company control standards are appropriately executed and maintained. This role requires the ability to identify operational process risk and validate effective procedures to maintain operational performance. You will interface with operational disciplines across Chase Travel to determine business drivers that could impact health of control environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide proactive procedure and control establishment to support operational excellence requirements.
• Evaluate and report on control activity within assigned area. 
• Provide timely and well thought out response to remediation activity.
• Create processes to assist in risk reduction within control domains.
• Develop strong working relationships with Business Stakeholders and Control Partners.
• Meet or exceed published service levels.
• Travel as needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 1 years of experience in risk and/or control assessment
• Knowledge and practical use of project planning techniques. 
• Ability to understand high level business and operational processes and define requirements for solutions. 
• Strong Relationship Management skills. 
• Strong Microsoft Office skills 
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task activities within a fast paced environment.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand and adapt to new requirements.
