You have found the right team.As a Business Transformation Digital Business Analyst in the Client Service &Implementation Global Implementations Business Transformation team you will leverage our strategic priorities to transform our business processes, digital user experiences and increase business value. You will partner closely with our operations, technical and product teams to support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives to address efficiency opportunities to continuously improve the business. Team focuses on improving end-to-end processes that will enhance the client and employee experience while driving a continuous improvement culture. Job Responsibilities:Develop 'trusted advisor' relationships with stakeholders at all levels to influence direction and outcomes for our users on key digital initiativesGather, synthesize, and creatively analyze data to provide insights, identify issues, and arrive at efficiency recommendationsWork with stakeholders to ensure requirements are captured accurately, gaps are mitigated and solutions are meeting users' needsIdentify gaps in current procedures and controls to participate in driving resolution of mitigating controlsIdentify, plan and influence key digital transformation initiatives to improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, rework, manual work, etc. Drive a continuous improvement culture with systems and tools to drive productivity and a unified user experienceLead the development of process workflows for current and future state operational assessmentsEvaluate information and trends to ensure the enhanced output of processes are achieving the desired results and business value to measure sustainabilityMaintain comprehensive documentation to manage projects and plans to show progress and outcomesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Bachelor's degree 3 years of business analysis experience Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with set objectivesAbility to partner with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, procedures, and processesAbility to tell stories with data, detect meaningful trends, and create business use casesExcellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processesExcellent organizational and time management skillsOutstanding communication and presentation skillsExperience streamlining and automating business processes Knowledge and experience using workflow tools (i.e. Sagnavio, Visio, etc.)Knowledge of change management principles, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies or the Payments
