The Small Business product is in an exciting state of expansion and growth, supported by an evolving roadmap of capabilities to deliver best-in-class experiences for small business customers. The Cards Program Management Associate will be responsible for directly supporting the SMB Product PMO Lead reporting into the SMB Product Owner. The Small Business team partners and collaborates across all CCB products (business and technology) to provide strategic value & sustainable capabilities to the Small Business Card business. As a Cards Program Management Associate you will support the activities and continuous enhancement of the ongoing planning, prioritization process, and release management activities in an agile environment, maintaining a book of work made up of strategic initiatives to maximize the overall business benefit for Small Business Card. In addition to program activity support for Small Business, you will also have the opportunity to work across adjacent branded card segments to develop and coordinate a holistic view of release management activities across the branded space.Job Responsibilities: Lead Release Management activities across SMB, Affluent, and Mass Product Portfolios. This includes but is not limited to ensuring release playbook validation tasks are built then completed accurately, required updates/deployment announcements are disseminated and facilitated to the stakeholders, and coordinate subsequent Release Management reporting. Establish work routines ttahat facilitate transparency, collaboration and tracking of release deliverables inclusive of key partner meetings. Will work with Ink Roadmap owner to help establish more formalized PMO processes within the Ink team, in alignment with the evolving operating model. Ensure effective internal communications among all the work steams and stakeholders. Assist in the day-to-day portfolio management of the Ink Roadmap utilizing our agile methodology, helping enable a holistic view across Ink Initiative Discovery to Initiative Delivery for analysis and review. Assist in the creation and facilitation of our agile ceremonies including SMB Product Lifecycle Event Meeting, Bow Check-ins, portfolio/program reviews. Assist the extended Initiative Owner community with standards, tools, and processes that enable effective and consistent Initiative execution. Support and contribute to overall roadmap strategy efforts, including with individual project-based work in conjunction with other SMB Business resources. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience beyond project management of individual efforts - this role is not a traditional project manager role, but rather the direct support to the management of a large scale program/portfolio At least 3 years of program management and/or business management experience, ideally in the financial services sector. Product, program management, or operations experience Ideal candidate will have extremely strong attention to detail and exceptional organization skills Experience in Agile Release Management is a plus Experience in using Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence is a plus Excellent and effective PowerPoint skills preferred
