As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Prepaid Card, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. Job responsibilities Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including prepaid card transaction activity, client performance, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development Work closely with Finance & Business Management in digesting, analyzing, and reporting business metrics Execute the Prepaid Card delivery strategy partnering with tech, sales, product solutions teams, operations and othersRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities Experience in product deployment processes Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy Experience with Excel, Access, Vizio, and Tableau Presentation skills - making and delivering presentations to a varied audience Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions in a complex tech environment Agile mindset- both in how you deliver solutions with technology partners, but also in managing competing priorities and client demand
