Our culture in Risk Management and Compliance is all about thinking outside the box, challenging the status quo and striving to be best-in-class.The Regulatory Engagement Management team is a centralized resource within Risk Management and Compliance, responsible for managing regulatory exams and ongoing monitoring activities.You will be responsible for the execution of the overall strategy for regulatory engagements and will gain exposure to a broad spectrum of regulatory issues and topics as they affect their stakeholders. This role is highly visible within the organization, through regular interactions with senior management and senior business and functional leaders. This role will be largely focused on regulatory interactions involving Global Financial Crimes Compliance, including leadership of an annual BSA/AML exam as well as other engagements.Job Responsibilities Advise, influence, and challenge the accountable LOB or Function lead and other exam partners in preparation for, and engagement in, regulatory activity Lead regulatory examinations through the entire exam lifecycle, as well as ongoing monitoring engagements Escalate issues that arise in the course of engagements promptly and effectively Establish and maintain strong working relationships between the regulators and the Firm Partner across lines of business and functions within JPMorgan Chase to deliver fulsome and consistent responses to regulatory inquiries Provide reporting to senior stakeholders highlighting activity on, and focus areas of, regulatory engagements Maintain thorough and accurate records of exams in progress, recurring meetings, and MIS reporting provided to regulatorsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills 7 years of relevant regulatory experience, including experience at a large financial institution or regulator, consulting or legal firm A strong track record of managing relationships at a senior level Superior communication skills, including active listening and the ability to capture and deliver key takeaways from engagements in writing Knowledge of and experience with regulators' exam processes and regulatory matters Ability to perform under pressure and to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines Attention to detail and commitment to doing quality work in a comprehensive manner Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
