Connected Commerce is Chase’s newest line of business: a two-sided platform that connects our engaged base of >63 million digitally active customers with relevant merchant brands. Creating appealing experiences at inflection points earlier in the purchasing journey, Connected Commerce delivers a compelling end-to-end experience for Chase card members through activities they already do every day, like traveling, shopping and dining.
As a Content Producer within Connected Commerce, you will be responsible for uploading and inputting text and visual assets for the Connected Commerce editorial team, including daily deliverables for Chase Travel, and supporting periodic content refreshes and audits. If you have an extraordinary eye for detail and a demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects, we would love to hear from you.
- Partner with the Vice President of Content Production to produce articles in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including uploading and inputting text and visual assets
- Continuously evaluate existing procedures and identify and implement efficiencies
- Serve as a process advocate across the editorial content team
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 2 years in content production and/or project management
- Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a similar headless Content Management System (CMS)
- Experience working in a controlled, regulated environment
- Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to manage multiple projects at once, and deliver under tight deadlines independently
- Interest in and knowledge of travel destinations and hotels
