The Data Analytics and Reporting (DART) - Performance Analytics team’s mission is to support the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Performance Excellence program by providing high-quality dashboards & insights that executive leadership will use to monitor KPIs, steer the business, and make investment decisions. This team will constantly balance the need for speed with the importance of providing accurate results, to enable leadership to make informed decisions with agility & precision.
As a Senior Quantitative Analytics Associate II in Data Analytics & Visualization, you will be responsible for gathering requirements from business partners, determining the best way to "tell the story" with data, and building dashboards, adhoc reporting, and presentations as appropriate. We deliver high-quality dashboards to a wide range of audiences across the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB). Data is usually related to call center and scorecard metrics, but may also venture into smaller areas of CCB as well.
