Propel data-led decisions that enhance automation to support the junior talent program in Technology: Software Engineer Program (SEP).As a Data & Reporting Associate in SEP, you will seek to tell stories through data to help drive program improvements, manage listening strategies and surveys to supplement maintained program data. You will also support improving efficiencies across the team through better use of tools and automation.Job Responsibilities Create and deploy surveys, including the communications approach and analysis and reporting of the results Create compelling data visualizations & dashboards to provide key performance indicators (KPIs) insights for senior management and stakeholders, to inform program strategy and for scorecard reporting Support the maintenance of the program data, and improve data quality, and be able to provide related material and data summaries to satisfy reporting needs for project management partners, along with global and regional council meetings with senior leadership Partner with Firmwide Analyst and Associate (A&A) Program teams, operations leads, recruiting operations, and workforce technology to deliver reporting solutions Support the automation of demand collection, role submission and placement, and other processes as the SEP scales across global locations Support and extend the existing tooling needs within Confluence, SharePoint, etc. Drive the program governance model and adherence to controls processes across the program management team Implement new strategies and change initiativesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Ability to tell a compelling story through data Advanced/Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge and experience in Tableau, Alteryx and related tools Strong planning and time management skills along with attention to detail Self-directed and able to work autonomously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, InfoPath, SurveyMonkeyPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Junior talent program experience Experience working with a technology organization on a global scale Extremely flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment Knowledge of Microsoft Access a bonus
