This role is positioned within the Digital Private Markets team aligned with Capital Connect & Aumni and is dedicated to helping J.P. Morgan's early-stage, disruptive, and fast-growing corporate clients raise equity capital in the private markets. The Integration Project Manager will be responsible for providing cross-functional integration support and will support the M&A Integration lead in the planning and delivery of key milestones across a set of integration workstreams ranging from commercial/product to technology and finance. You will be expected to operate horizontally, bringing insights and best-practice, execution and oversight across integration work streams whilst maintaining high degrees of governance and stakeholder management. This is a highly visible role and it offers a unique opportunity to work closely with all levels within J.P. Morgan and acquired companies, across new functional areas and regions. The candidate will need to be a self-starter who is able to articulate their thoughts clearly and have excellent attention to detail. You will be expected to co-ordinate with integration specialists, partner with stakeholders across technology, risk & control and corporate functions to manage the delivery of key integration milestones. Job Responsibilities Work cross-functionally to integrate acquired entities and assets efficiently with minimal disruption, and to achieve deal objectives Identify and coordinate interdependencies across work-streams Structure working sessions to plan and execute integration work on assigned workstream(s) Monitor and control project execution and ensure the desired outcome is achieved Proactively identify risks and issues, bring the appropriate resources together, drive the design and implementation of solutions, decision making, and risk mitigation Create and deliver communications/status reporting Ability to ramp up on new assignments quickly with limited direction in an ever-changing environment Strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to build relationships across levels and teams in a global environment Experience in creating and presenting executive messaging and communications Partner with workstream leaders to develop target state operating models, and manage integration plans with clear activities, milestones, and ownersRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills 3 years of experience and proven success in managing highly complex programs Excellent analytical skills combined with a practical and structured approach to problem-solving Self-starter and execution oriented with a natural ability to take the initiative and challenge the status quoPreferred qualifications, capabilities , and skills Experience in M&A Integration Working in a controlled/regulated environment PMP / AMP qualified (or related consultancy experience)
