Job DescriptionIn this role you will lead the sponsorship vertical within the Payments Partnerships Marketing team, including the development of an overarching sponsorship portfolio strategy based on regions, customer segments and product priorities, develop and nurture a pipeline of bespoke partnership opportunities, manage sponsorships, partners and agencies, oversee sponsorship activation and execution, manage talent engagements, and develop processes for internal communication and collaboration.You will have a proven track record of delivering impactful innovation showcases through sponsorship and customer passion areas owning the process across strategy, partner identification, opportunity development, negotiation, management, technology implementation, campaign development, activation and measurement. You will also possess a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment with success in mobilizing cross-functional teams to achieve shared business outcomes, evangelize programs to maximize their utility, and implement best-in-class partnership marketing principles and practices.Job Responsibilities Develop and drive a global strategy, annual marketing plans and tactics, owned activations, and measurement framework for how sponsorships will support Payments' B2B business and objectives Oversee the management and execution of technology driven sponsorships and programs; collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive the planning and execution of opportunities. Develop multi-channel partnership campaigns in support of key business priorities, from strategic concept to creative ideation to in-market execution to measurement Drive and facilitate talent requests across Payments initiatives Establish and foster relationships with CIB Sponsorship and the Sports & Entertainment firm-wide center of excellence stakeholders Foster a high level of collaboration across the firm to align and execute product strategies, ways of working, and global delivery Nurture and lead a team of marketers and agency resources in developing and delivering against the marketing plan and budgets Develop and drive the sponsorship management operating model and process, ensuring key stakeholder alignment and that the various marketing functions properly and effectively execute in a collaborative way for highest ROI Track and manage marketing budgets and build business cases for growth initiatives Build and grow the relationships with product, product marketing, sales, relationship management and marketing partners; integrating client engagement opportunities within existing workstreams and processesRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills: 10 years of relevant sponsorship / partnership marketing experience Proven experience building and executing impactful, innovative, and multidimensional sponsorships and campaigns Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or other related degree. MBA preferred Experience marketing and managing technology and/or financial products, preferably at global scale Strong expertise in full-funnel marketing, with a track record of understanding customer motivations, influencing strategy and positioning, building marketing programs and technology integrations, and delivering strategic go-to-market plans Proven ability to lead, influence, and align across cross-functional teams, while interacting with multiple stakeholders Able to translate core business strategies into actionable initiativesPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as well as ability to build collaborative relationships and effectively partner across teams, functions and levels Understanding of internal, industry, and competitor trends to spark fresh ideas and drive cutting edge concept development in a changing marketplace Experience in content development and creation, including developing creative briefs, reviewing proposals, overseeing production Proven end-to-end project management with the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High degree of professionalism and flexibility - equally comfortable working independently and as a team Highly creative, bringing a diverse perspective that makes marketing concepts stand out Experience working with or on major global brands .
