As a Commercial Banking Controller focused on external reporting for the lending product across all of JPMorgan Chase's wholesale businesses, you will be at the forefront of constantly changing requirements and innovative approaches to implementations and flawless execution. Intellectual curiosity, strong technical expertise and a relentless focus on efficient processes and controls combined with an organic partnership focus will ensure you're a perfect fit for the team.Job responsibilities Produce accurate, error-free analysis and reporting including SEC and other regulatory filings while understanding business drivers and ensure that analyses are appropriate and well-structured Lead implementation efforts related to new regulatory reports or reporting requirements, finance reporting infrastructure, and strategic initiatives Develop, test, and implement reports or analytics on system supported architecture Provide senior level communication on technology and strategic initiatives impacting the library of schedules and controls owned by Wholesale Lending External Reporting Respond to SOX, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Audit (internal & external) teams and provide support, information, and analytics Respond and support responses to wholesale lending related ad-hoc requests and/or inquiries from senior management and bank regulators Develop and maintain critical partnerships with Risk, Operations, Policy and Legal to help drive thoughtful implementations and ongoing expertise in analysisRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills CPA or equivalent professional credential 10 years of professional experience & 5 years of experience in external reporting in banking industry Proficiency with data profiling and data analysis toolset/visualization e.g., Alteryx, Xceptor, databases, SQL or similar query language, Abacus query, and dashboard creation using Tableau Flexibility to work under pressure to meet changing work requirements and strict deadlines, including working certain weekends Ability to effectively prioritize competing deadlines and requests Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex and sensitive issues to management in a concise and persuasive manner while building relationships across functional teams Mindset of continuously looking for ways to do things more effectively and efficientlyPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Experience executing complex data queries#LI-Hybrid
