The role will entail working directly with our business partners to deliver commercial and robust product solutions designed to enhance our Risk & Margin capabilities.

Job Summary:

As part of the Product Development team within Prime Finance, you will engage with colleagues across all functions including Margin Trading, Sales and Client Account Management, Operations, Technology, Business Management, Legal and Compliance.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Sole point of contact and escalation point for all product, technology, and operational inquiries related to assigned projects
• Leading risk & margin projects on behalf of the business from inception through to implementation, ultimately accountable for meeting these mandates
• Identifying profitable, efficient product enhancement concepts that reflect revenue opportunities
• Partnering with stakeholders to deliver effective strategic solutions, on time, and on budget
• Ensuring the product investment is clearly aligned to commercial business objectives
• Partnering in creating the product road map, defining the business requirements and managing sponsored deliverables throughout the development cycle, ensuring tangible and successful end-to-end delivery
• Responsible and accountable for on-going client facing product positioning against key competitors

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• At least 5 years of total professional experience with 3 years directly in product management
• Partner with business stakeholders to determine the business goals that clients want to achieve and the products / processes that will support those goals
• Ability to think strategically in designing end-to-end solutions, re-engineering business and operational processes as required
• Innovative, curious and client centric mindset, ability to lead in highly collaborative environment and drive to meet objectives
• The role requires a logical mind, perseverance, the ability to communicate ideas well, and the ability to effectively target messages to different audiences.
• Lead programs across multiple streams of work simultaneously while balancing the business, client and regulatory needs versus budgetary pressures
• Empower team members and functional partners to succeed and deliver value added solutions to the business
