JPMorgan Chase is Hiring a J.P. Morgan Advisors - Funds Transfer Team Near Wilmington, DE

As a Transfer Review Team you're responsible for performing outbound calls to J.P. Morgan Advisors clients for the purposes of authenticating and confirming funds transfer instructions. The group works in a team-oriented environment supporting J.P. Morgan Advisors branch personnel with their clients’ funds transfer requests. The team is responsible for adhering to J.P. Morgan Advisors policies. Other administrative functions are also supported, including but not limited to the confirmation of recurring payments, callback waivers, delegation memos, etc. The ideal candidate will be passionate about client service and will effectively use communication and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level to both J.P. Morgan Advisors clients as well as J.P. Morgan Advisors Financial Advisors/Client Associates.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring money transfer queue and performing outbound client calls for verification/confirmation.
  • Manage daily email and phone inquiries accurately, within established deadlines and in accordance with firm and business policies and procedures, as well as applicable FINRA and other federal regulations.
  • Provide high quality, high touch service to J.P. Morgan Advisors Financial Advisors/Client Associates.
  • Coordinate and follow through on Financial Associate/Client Associate requests
  • Research, follow-up and resolve inquiries and issues through effective interaction with advisors, client associates, product partners, branch/operations teams and other staff in a timely and professional manner.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience with a wide range of investment products preferred
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), general comfort level with Internet/Intranet usage and ability to learn proprietary software and databases

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Client service experience preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking is preferred
  • College degree or equivalent financial services/banking industry experience preferred
