JPMorgan Chase is Hiring a J.P. Morgan Wealth Management- Senior Associate, Business Process Analyst Near Plano, TX

As the Senior Associate, Business Process Analyst, you will be a key member of the J.P. Morgan Securities service team in our mission to create great client experiences. Business Process Analysts work to create more efficiency, enhance quality, and build consistency within the Advisor, Client, and Digital Service Centers, as well as the Segmented Services Group all while operating in a highly controlled and regulated environment. Your contributions and deliverables ultimately result in a better client experience, better employee experience, and a more resilient business. 

Job responsibilities

  • Quality assurance activities including performing off the phone testing of processes and procedures
  • Assist in developing, writing, and maintaining procedures; Evergreen ownership of designated procedures within JP Morgan Wealth Management Answers
  • Monitoring and reporting on important metrics
  • Perform analyses using spreadsheet and database tools; make recommendations to management based on findings
  • Building and delivering communication and training to Team Leaders
  • Liaise between organizations, across sites, lines of business, and various teams to represent the business
  • Identify and report areas for process improvements, gaps, or outages; build cases studies and documentation to perform needs analysis
  • Root cause analysis and evaluation
  • Frequently leads projects/complex assignments with little supervision. Ensures projects are completed according to established timelines and budget
  • Responsible for writing charters, requirements, and collecting/organizing documentation as well as preparing presentations for Sr. or Executive Management

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum of three years of related experience or financial services industry experience
  • Strong compliance record in prior position(s) 
  • Experience in writing and preparing presentations, training materials, or test scenarios 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. High degree of comfort presenting information to large audiences at various levels of the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence a broad range of individuals across businesses lines and key support functions
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Experience identifying areas for process improvement and creating efficiency within a process
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to create and foster strong partnerships with business partners, working independently as well as in a team environment
  • FINRA Series 7 licensing required

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 1-2 years sales and relationship management experience preferred with a proven track record of success
  • Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), SharePoint, Webstats (strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
