JPMorgan Chase is Hiring a Marketing Strategy- J.P. Morgan Private Client, Vice President Near New York, NY

The new J.P. Morgan Private Client Marketing Strategy team will define the vision for how to support the rapidly growing affluent segment amidst the launch of a new offering that bridges the gap between Chase Private Client and J.P. Morgan Private Bank. We are a highly-collaborative team with an entrepreneurial spirit-- committed to delivering the most elevated and personalized experiences for our clients. 

As a Marketing Strategy-Vice President, on the J.P. Morgan Private Client team, you will be part of a team focused on building client touchpoints to drive engagement and producer enablement.

You will oversee the end-to-end client onboarding and engagement journey and be set up to curate the most thoughtful and strategic touchpoints rooted in client insights and best practices—leveraging collateral, thought leadership, digital marketing and direct mail to deliver a high-touch service for the J.P. Morgan Private Client. Additionally, you’ll partner closely with Sales Strategy, Business Management and Relationship Managers to support gain insights on the everyday marketing needs for when engaging with clients and prospects. 

To bring the experience to life, you will need to be comfortable working across a highly matrixed organization and developing strong relationships across marketing, events, content, finance, product, analytics and Relationship Managers. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish the vision and learning agenda for the end-to-end client experience and inspire key stakeholders to help bring new journeys to life 
  • Flawlessly manages projects end-to-end, which may require internal/external vendor or agency partnership 
  • Create executive level presentations to create alignment with marketing strategies
  • Strategize and partner with delivery teams to product high-quality materials and collateral for Relationship Managers Partner closely with key partners to understand roadmap and influence to ensure the client journey delivers on expectations 
  • Commission research and be resourceful with available insights to form recommendations for marketing tactics
  • Effectively drive awareness and educate Relationship Managers on tools, resources and campaigns they can access that can help them prospect new relationships and deepen existing relationships.
  • Continuously find new ways to streamline the way we work and establish an efficient operating model with key stakeholders 

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 7 years of marketing and client onboarding/engagement journeys required
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiative
  • Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a passion to continuously improve and learn
  • Strong attention to detail and highly curious
  • An effective communicator with outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Strong ability to craft presentations for executive audiences 
  • Demonstrates a curiosity for learning and a passion for collaboration 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Prior experience in client engagement marketing with a track-record of delivering business results through deploying effective lifecycle marketing initiatives
  • Experience delivering real-time personalized & dynamic content
  • Prior experience in Financial Services, Loyalty programs, and/or supporting sales and service teams
