J.P. Morgan Payments Marketing team seeks a Marketing Technology Manager, whose primary responsibilities comprise ownership of our Marketing Automation platform and management of our Marketing technology. The successful candidate will be equal parts tech geek and marketing expert and will be embedded in the Marketing team. The Marketing Technology Manager will oversee everything related to our Marketing Automation platform, developing and driving short- and long-term strategy around integrations and/or migrations. They will steer relevant technology teams, manage our vendor relationships, and administer our platform governance. In addition, this passionate technologist will administer cross-Marketing technology, including investigation and evaluation, vendor management, cross-team partnership and governance and controls management. Job Responsibilities Lead marketing automation strategy and broader marketing technology roadmap including change management Drive the evolution of our marketing automation capabilities Facilitate technology adoption and governance, including training on and presenting tools Be a super-user or product advocate to optimize of our investments, reduce inefficiency and empower the organization Manage relationships and process with internal partners, including Payments Marketing, Technology and other JPMorgan Chase Marketing teams, and vendors Creatively problem-solve complex technology and organizational challengesRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills 5-10 years professional experience in marketing and technology, with a proven track record of driving strategy and change Understanding of the latest trends across marketing disciplines such as client database management, digital content, email marketing and automation, social media, account-based marketing, lead generation, etc. Presentation and facilitation skills, including comfort working with senior-level executives Ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams Organizational skills Adaptability, curiosity and a tech-forward orientationPreferred qualifications Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, additional Marketing technology Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
