As a Payments Sales Business Manager - Senior Associate within the Business Management team, you will act as a trusted advisor and consultant to senior coverage executives to manage and optimize business performance. The team partners with Sales Management to drive business strategy through projects and analyses focused on drivers of efficiency and growth, such as strategic client targeting, new business origination, balance sheet optimization, cross-border expansion, product cross-sell, and coverage productivity. In addition, the team helps establish, execute, and maintain key business governance initiatives, such as new business and revenue target-setting, business reviews and management information, pipeline management and the control framework for new deal origination. The team also handles ad hoc special projects (e.g. regulatory priorities) and delivers compliance and audit support.
Business Management needs highly-motivated creative thinkers who can leverage their analytical capabilities to provide strategic guidance to business partners and solve a wide variety of evolving business issues and problems.
