The Transformation Design & Delivery team is part of the Payment Operations organization supporting Corporate and Investment Bank-wide transformation and change programs and platforms. You will need strong project analysis skills as it is critical to ensure a solid Readiness, Enablement and Migration delivery plan for each product/clearing across this multi-year program. You will be key to the Readiness, Enablement and Migration team's collaboration with a variety of teams and all stakeholder engagement. Lastly, you will be part of a strategic program that provides a strong platform for your career, whether in Operations, Projects, Product, or other partner roles. Job Responsibilities Support and guide project teams with consistent use of data models, planning tools, techniques and artefacts Ensure all Readiness, Enablement and Migration team support for each market is deployed to spur business readiness towards client migration (working in collaboration with the business analysts, technical teams and local stakeholders) Analyze techniques to create client demographics and migration strategies Coordinate and conduct Production Verification Testing where required for functionality, production flows and target processes in support of client migrations Understand the scope of Production Verification Testing regionally (accounts, system access, stakeholder engagement is required) Coordinate and deliver an internal and external client communication plan for each project Support planning, tracking, and reporting of progress of readiness and client migrations delivery Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities Data analysis experience to inform requirements and client migration strategies Project experience - client and operational readiness The need to be creative, innovative, and forward thinking Cares about doing good work; likes to improve practices Confident communicator - able to help teammates make good decisions Willing to keep learning new skills Effective Office computer skills, (PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
