Job responsibilities Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value Develop next generation billing statements working in conjunction with the UX Design team; creating SBEs (specification by examples) to enable application development /deployment; including deep dive analysis on requirements, performing functional testing, and partnering with testing teams to define test cases & execution Partner with Reporting teams to perform data analysis, document the current state, and identify/define Reporting Requirements.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 2 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy Understanding of Agile framework and hands-on experience in writing Epics, breaking down Epics to manageable Stories, writing User Stories, and driving prioritization and backlog refinement in JIRA is desirable. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Comfortable with ambiguity; able to create and deliver conceptual storylines for stakeholders across business lines and functions. Experience with reporting solutions such as Business Objects, Tableau, Alteryx, etc. is a plus. Knowledge of billing and payment product management is highly desirable.
