Our culture in Risk Management and Compliance is all about thinking outside the box, challenging the status quo and striving to be best-in-class.As Executive Director, you will lead the Large Credit Analytics team as part of Wholesale Credit Solutions - Portfolio Analytics organization that has been tasked to develop value added risk analytics solutions through the deployment of advanced analytical frameworks and Machine Learning algorithms on top of the firm's big data assets. You will work across multiple Business, Risk, and Technology teams to build out AI/ML models to enhance Wholesale Credit risk management processes, including underwriting, grading and credit surveillance. Job Responsibilities Lead a team of 7 Data Scientists to develop AI/ML models (including LLMs) to enable data-driven approaches to assess wholesale credit risk Provide thought leadership around developing risk strategies that improve risk monitoring capabilities through the use of data Analyze structured/unstructured data from internal and external data sources to drive actionable insights in credit risk Lead development of industry and event-driven scenario analytics to analyze the impact of macro-economic factors and current events on the Wholesale portfolio. Develop data visualization and summarization techniques to convey key findings in dashboards and presentations to senior management.Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance/Statistics/Economics/Mathematics/Operations Research) is required Minimum of 10 years of experience in Wholesale Credit Risk or Analytics role in Financial Services industry Minimum of 3 years of people management experience, and ability to coach, develop and mentor team of data scientists Advanced working knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning; extensive experience with SQL and Python Experience in data analysis to solve problems in fast-moving and ambiguous business environments Ability to communicate analysis, models and recommendations across a range of audiencesPreferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities Knowledge of traditional wholesale credit products is highly desired
