Partnering with global credit colleagues, you will help lead strategic solutions for the broader transformation programs and bring fresh innovative ideas to the table, problem solve and contribute to decision making while mobilizing the approach for the WCR integration and deployment plans. The Credit Risk Administration team is comprised of four pillars: Credit Data Administration, Strategic Roadmaps, Project Management, Governance, Monitoring and Support. Job Responsibilities Partner with Wholesale Credit Risk Senior Management as well as works closely with Technology, UI Strategic Designs, Product, Learning and Development and Corporate Communications to deliver a comprehensive solution with a robust support framework Drive the integrated solution of the multiyear Credit Authority Roadmap e.g., the redesign of Coverage Roles, CAD provisioning and delegation, CRU and C1 redesign and Automated CAD certification Lead the design and delivery of governance frameworks, executive reporting, tools and analytics to support the roadmap execution and delivery Drive results and innovation by designing solutions for process improvement and efficiency enhancements Build and publish communication strategies, operating models and deployment plans supporting the integrated solutions Design and deliver learning products to support global Credit Risk solutions Exhibit initiative to raise issues to appropriate/relevant parties when neededRequired Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Applied Math, Operations Research, Physics, Data Science) or business degree with MBA 5 years of industry experience in Strategy, Finance, Business analytics or other quantitative role (Marketing analytics, Sales Analytics, Risk Analytics, Business Insights) Leverage a diverse background in credit and data analytics Demonstrated success in developing business strategy to deliver business outcomes and proven track record executing across complex environments Ability to think strategically, synthesize insights and deliver results through a consultative approach and leadership skills across a global organization Experience navigating complex, matrix organizations responsible for supporting multiple key stakeholders Ability to build strong partnerships across a matrixed environment Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and propose solutions Advanced skills in Excel e.g. Macros, VBA, formulasPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills A sound knowledge of credit policies and credit systems would be a distinct advantage Experience in developing and implementation of strategy Self-starter with the ability to deliver strong business results Lead/drive execution and provide methodical approach to identifying and solving issues Strong organizational, presentation and communication skills Strong relationship building skills both with team members and business partners and ability to drive and implement change across teams and interact confidently with all levels of stakeholders Strong negotiation skills, ability to influence others and drive consensus on a path forward that align to strategic goals Strong knowledge of Python, Alteryx and SharePoint
