- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline
- Coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial discovery to development through implementation
- Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes
- 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management/delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management/delivery or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Strong understanding of and ability to work within an Agile methodology
- Intermediate to expert level knowledge of JIRA, with ability to build dashboards and extract data
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience working with multiple levels of management and diverse groups of stakeholders
