- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Deliver the transformational initiatives as required in order to deliver results in a complex environment
- Lead initiatives to build out our existing inventory of how data is managed and used across WLS to ensure calibrated and well-thought-out decision making
- Prepare reporting/metrics and perform data analysis and investigations into data to support our governance processes
- Support the strategic vision of enabling data use while protecting data as an asset to the firm and help promote this culture with the business
- 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- MBA or related Master’s Degree
- Strong data analysis, data management and problem solving skills
