We are seeking a Strategy & Partner Manager to perform the following: Digital and Fintech strategy continues to play an important role at JPMorgan Chase as customers continue to adopt, and often times prefer digital channels. In this role on the Global Technology Strategy, Innovation and Partnerships team, the coverage Lead will work across Global Technology and the Chase Consumer and Community Banking business to assist with digital and fintech strategy, facilitate best-in-class partnerships with digital and fintech companies and leverage both internal and external relationships for business development. Helping Drive Digital and Fintech Strategy Participate in a process to form a firm-wide view of each of the Digital (including digital customer experience, digital marketing and sales technology and social media technology) and Fintech sector (focused primarily on our Consumer business), and then translate that into summary analysis for use by the Firm's senior technology management as well as business leaders. Partner on key Digital and Fintech initiatives with the firms' senior management and provide perspectives on marketplace trends to develop a strategic view Work closely with key stakeholders across different sectors to foster innovation across JPMC Building Best In Class Partnerships In conjunction with other relationship managers around the firm, work closely with the firm's strategic digital and fintech vendors as well as emerging vendors and the venture capital community to drive value for the Firm by maximizing our influence with these partners on behalf of Global Technology, the lines of business and the Firm. Leveraging Technology for Firmwide Business Development Work closely with various JPMC businesses such as JPMC's Technology Investment Banking teams, Equity Sales and Commercial Banking teams to leverage Digital and FinTech domain expertise within the firm. The goal is to provide JPMC's internal business and the firm's clients access to our views and thought leadership to differentiate the firm Qualifications: 10 years of business and technology experience with a focus on the digital and fintech space 5 years of experience working closely with technology vendors, preferably in the digital and fintech space, with a focus on driving impact Experience working in or with financial services preferable Strong relationship and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with senior business and technology executives, as well as external ecosystem executives Proven communications skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact with internal and external clients Demonstrated understanding of technology concepts and be able to transform them into business opportunities Strong facilitation, process and influence skills Excellent analytical skills with the ability to generate effective presentations Proven entrepreneurial style
