As a Technology Oversight and Support Analyst, you will support the tools used and created by the Home Lending Organizational Effectiveness and Oversight group. You will primarily support the inventory and oversight processes, which ensure citizen developed tools are cataloged and maintained according to firmwide and Line of Business (LOB) requirements. You will also serve as the lead to coordinate work with owners to certify technical utilities such as network drives and SharePoint sites.You must be detail oriented and able to manage multiple concurrent projects successfully. You must also be able to quickly build positive business relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Prior experience with requirements documentation, usability/user acceptance testing, production validation and business engagement during the remediation of production issues are a plus.
