JPMorgan Chase is Hiring a Vendor Management Analyst I Near San Antonio, TX

If you possess strong public speaking skills, react well under pressure, and have flexibility to travel than this role is perfect for you! 

As a JPMC Witness supporting Card Recovery Collections Litigation, you will be responsible for attending in-person and remote appearances to represent Chase at litigation proceedings, including depositions, trials, mediations, arbitrations or other hearings. The JPMC Witness represents Chase and plays an integral role in a collections litigation case.

Job responsibilities

  • Facilitate the preparation of materials needed for appearances, collaborate with the business, internal and external legal partners to establish clear responsibilities and deadlines 
  • Timely escalate case-related issues to management and JPMC legal partners 
  • Incorporate technical and functional knowledge to guide independent thought and action 
  • Adhere to the risk and control agenda for the department 
  • Assist in the identification/escalation of system and process related issues and improvement opportunities 
  • Testify at litigation proceedings in a clear and concise manner
  • Make travel arrangements to appear in-person and adhere to travel and expense policies 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 years of business operations experience (collections, process management or financial services industry) 
  • 3 years in a call center environment and/or specialty /non-phone units
  • Knowledge of and experience with litigation and legal processes 
  • Demonstrated experience with conflict resolution 

 Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Knowledge of internal JPMC systems, such as ICP, C3 and DTS
  • Proficient in organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
