Job responsibilitiesThis person will support the Strategic Partnerships team by managing relationships and driving partnership performance with existing partners. They will manage the development and execution of business strategy and marketing plans to meet contractual commitments as well as internal and external objectives through collaboration with Corporate Development, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics teams. Beyond managing partner relationships, this person will also work cross functionally with the Chase Branded Cards teams and other lines of business to shape partner benefit strategy and enhance the partner benefit Controls framework. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 7 years of professional experience BS degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred Must have partnership management and / or strategic alliance development experience, deal experience a plusPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Have outstanding relationship management skills with the ability to thrive in a highly matrixed company structure Demonstrate strong cross-functional leadership, partnership, and creative problem solving with the ability to set strategy and influence decisions Effectively manage multiple complex initiatives and deliverables at the same time by being pro-active, action-oriented and results driven with the ability to prioritize in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities Ability to make data-driven decision, understanding and communicating performance and financial data to executive audiences Have excellent written and verbal communication skills across varying seniority levels internally and externally Be intellectually curious with a customer-first mindset
