Responsibilities:
This person will be a be responsible for the Chase Branded Card (CBC) Strategic Partnerships controls framework, driving toward a sustainable and effective controls environment. They will manage the process for triaging incidents/breaks that occur, including creating documentation and presenting in the applicable forums for review. The person will facilitate weekly and ad hoc meetings with key stakeholders supporting the Strategic Partnerships business to discuss key areas of focus and share progress updates. They will also act as the point of contact for the Strategic Partnerships line of business for audits, testing, reviews, and exams. This includes managing the request, collaborating with the business team and Control Managers to validate responses prior to submitting, ensuring timely responses and positive results.
In addition, this person will need to quickly learn the development processes and lifecycles for each of the CBC Strategic Partnerships, participating in prioritization discussions, and being the voice of controls for the various partner benefits and offers.
Qualifications:
7 years of Operations, Marketing, Controls and/or Compliance experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across varying seniority levels internally and externally
Bachelor’s Degree required with a major in Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Business Management or similar discipline or related work experience
Demonstrated experience in facilitating meetings that include an agenda, meeting minutes and general meeting etiquette
Proficient in Microsoft products and extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint a necessity, SharePoint experience preferred

Proven ability to promote a strong control environment, adhere to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what’s best for the customer
