Chase is seeking a partnerships product manager to assist with the day to day management of our mobile wallet, merchant and strategic partners within the Embedded Payments team. Job responsibilities: Support day to day relationship management initiatives for a key digital wallet / strategic partner (e.g. lead regular and quarterly business reviews for partner, track and analyze metrics related to embedded spend in digital wallet, liaison between product and partner) Collaborate with internal cross functional partners (corporate development, product, analytics finance, etc.) to lead all partnership discussions which influence product strategy Document competitive intelligence trends in the payments landscape Provide regular reporting analysis on relationship statusRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 5 years of partnership in product management, strategy, business development and digital payments Candidate should have strong relationship management skills Deep acumen on the mobile & emerging payments landscape, is an avid user of digital payment applications, interested in product and is a strong relationship manager Ability to think strategically and to connect the dots to the bigger picture, while still comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful execution Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills Proven success in collaborating, influencing, and guiding decisions with multiple stakeholders, including team members across product, technology and designPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Experience in online payments and e-commerce including wallets
