As a Market Intelligence Associate, you contribute subject matter expertise to help shape line of business goals and tactics. You are a self-starter and are comfortable working on a mix of projects that span from ad hoc summaries to deep dives into market dynamics and trends. This may include the use of internal tools, third-party sources, as well as primary research in conjunction with our market research teams. You will also assist with creation and amplification of customer stories that support marketing initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Quickly understand the goals and needs of project stakeholders, while centering on the goals and needs of the end-users
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
- Data analysis, including data collection, synthesis, and translation of results into relevant, revealing and inspiring reporting
- Deliver recommendations with confidence and consideration for diverse stakeholders
- Champion the voice of customer through the creation and amplification of customer stories
- Play an active role, contribute to strategy discussions
- Strong writing, communication, interpersonal and project management skills
- 2 years business analysis experience
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Strong writing skills
- Independent and self-motivated
- Intellectually curious with interest in knowledge gathering and problem solving
- Customer focused with interest in story telling
- A team player and proactively seeks guidance, clarification and feedback from others as needed
- BA/BS degree
