Overview:

Our household is looking for a private chef for our family. We are a family of 5 and have a newborn. We are looking for someone to buy all the groceries, prep meals, prep meals we can warm up for breakfast and lunches, host dinners, and do some travel with us on vacations for meal prep. We often fly private jets around the West and would love to have you join us from time to time. We love all types of food from American, Japanese, Italian, Thai, BBQ, and Tex-Mex. We would like you to prep meals sometimes in our home, but are also ok if you prep at your house and deliver it to us. We are quite flexible on the arrangements and want it to work for your lifestyle as well.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute menus in accordance with our preferences and dietary restrictions

- Prepare and cook meals in a timely manner, ensuring consistency and quality

- Purchase all the groceries

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role

- In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in menu planning, kitchen management, and food service management

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
