Dependable, reliable, mature and having the ability to work a flexible schedule; including some nights, weekends and holidays
Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• 1 year of Leadership experience preferred
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Assumes full control of store in the absence of Store Manager/Owners.
• Promote the general welfare of the store. Maintains and enforces all company policies.
• Attendance at work is mandatory
• Manage Store Operations (Inventory, Labor Management, Cost Control)
• Uphold high standards of customer service, responding to customer complaints and inquires
• Backing up cashiers when necessary
• Team Oriented
• Keep confidential information on a need-to-know basis
• Ensure that employees are getting there required breaks and lunches.
• Some exposure to outside weather conditions
• Enforce all policies and procedures.

Act as our store’s representative and set an example for our staff
Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
