JR & Co. is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Residential Roofing team! 

The ideal candidate will help ensure the company receives payments for goods and services in an efficient, courteous and accurate manner and support with other administrative needs. They will have a knowledge of construction forms and insurance processes, organizational skills and work well in a high pressure environment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Work collaboratively with Accounts Receivable to generate residential sector invoices
• Contact customers to collect payments; update customer accounts in ComputerEase (CE) software
• Complete change orders for approved supplementals (from insurance companies) and enter
  change orders in appropriate software (CE and Giddyup)
• Follow up with insurance companies on approvals for change orders
• Work with Estimating and Sales to complete initial project coordination and setup new projects
  according to established processes in appropriate software
• Assist with issuing and mailing of monthly accounts receivable statements
• Track projects for project closeout according to procedures
• Enter leads in Giddyup
• Scan and file completed job files
• Cross train with other administrative staff as schedule permits
• Run errands as needed (i.e.. pick up checks, permits supplies, etc.)
• Handle sensitive customer information, always maintain confidentiality

Required Skills, Education and Abilities:

• 1-2 years of administrative experience required
• Accounts receivable or Collections experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, accounting software, and spreadsheets
• ComputerEase, and/or Giddyup experience, a plus

• Accuracy and attention to detail including excellent written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Current, valid driver license
