Surveyor / Inspector - Commercial Roofing
JRC, Incorporated is a nationwide commercial roofing company located in Greenbrier, TN. We are currently working in 48 of the 50 states and are seeking a Commercial Roofing Surveyor/Inspector to survey roofing projects throughout the U.S.
Responsibilities

• Survey commercial properties (shingle, tile, metal, flat roofs) throughout the S.
• Communicate with property managers on site
• Promptly and accurately complete detailed reports
• Assess need of repair or replacement of each roof surveyed
• Work closely with our estimating and production departments
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Extensive travel throughout S.
• The mobility to stand, bend and kneel repeatedly or for extended periods of time
• Ability to climb ladders frequently
• Ability to operate tools that require extensive use of the hands
• Clean driving record a must
• Experience as Insurance Adjuster or City Building Inspector a plus
• Hands on construction experience, preferably in roofing industry

Salary: $60000 - $80000 per year
