JRC is Hiring a Talent acquisition specialist Near Springfield, TN

JRC, Incorporated is a nationwide roofing and construction company working in 48 of the 50 states. Due to increase in growth we are seeking to add a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to our HR team.

Primary role will be to ensure all production positions are filled and a steady stream entry and mid-level employees are fully on-boarded.

Working in conjunction with Department Directors and Division Managers this position will report directly to the Director of HR and will :

  • Recruit / Interview prospects for all construction positions to include : Project Supervisors, Foremen, and Roofing / Gutter / Window / Siding installation techs.
  • Communicate interview details to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview experience.
  • Visit supply stores, job sites, and other locations to attract job applicants
  • Build a candidate database while networking for referrals to improve talent pool
  • Use social media and on-line recruiting tools
  • Attend / Conduct career fair hiring events throughout Middle Tennessee
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment coordination to continuously improve job performance
  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes, improve efficiency, and enhance candidate experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and leadership throughout the recruitment process
