As a Videographerwith us, you'll have the opportunity to play a crucial role in bringing this narrative to life, collaborating with our marketing team, and engaging stakeholders to create compelling content that educates, entertains, and inspires.

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute compelling video and photo content across various platforms including YouTube Videos, training videos, podcasts, and documentaries 
2. Manage all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production to deliver high-quality video content for digital media 
3. Act as a storyteller, conveying the narrative behind each of our brands and initiatives through engaging visuals and effective scriptwriting
4. Conduct on-site and off-site shoots at designated locations including Quail Creek Family Farms, Salina Country Club, Roadrunner Car Club, The Farmhouse, Mokas Coffee & Eatery and The Original Grande.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate the quality and impact of our visual content, while also exploring creative ways to educate and engage our audience.
6. Collaborate closely with the Arizona based Marketing Team and stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand objectives and messaging.
7. Collaborate closely with our Social Media Manager to brainstorm content and manage the Farm YouTube Channel, and supporting other social media efforts as required.
8. Attend company and community events to capture content and create stories
9. Daily support to JRI business growth and success

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a videographer, photographer, and scriptwriter, with a strong portfolio
2. Proficiency in video/photo editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom.
3. Excellent storytelling abilities and a keen eye for detail, with a demonstrated understanding of how visuals can evoke emotion and convey a message, particularly in the context of regenerative agriculture.
4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while adapting as needed.
5. Experience with drone videography is a plus.
6. Passion for hospitality, food, and sustainable agriculture, with a genuine interest in educating and inspiring others about the benefits of regenerative farming practices.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in multiple states
8. Travel between entities and events will be required

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year (DOE)
