Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the proposal process, ensuring timely submission, and supporting business development efforts. Duties: - Coordinate the proposal process from inception to completion - Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for proposals - Manage and prioritize multiple proposals simultaneously - Review and edit proposal content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with requirements - Develop and maintain proposal templates, boilerplate content, and proposal library - Support sales and business development teams in identifying opportunities and preparing winning proposals - Supervise and lead proposal team members - Conduct post-submission debriefs to analyze outcomes for process improvement Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in proposal coordination or related field - Proficiency in project management tools and software - Strong business acumen with knowledge of profit loss analysis - Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives - Experience in business development strategies and implementation - Ability to supervise and lead teams effectively - Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills Benefits: - Competitive salary commensurate with experience - Health insurance benefits package - Paid time off and holidays If you are a proactive individual with a passion for driving successful proposals through effective coordination and strategic planning, we invite you to apply for the Proposal Coordinator position with us.
