We are looking for a personable and results oriented Restaurant Leader. The successful candidate will oversee the restaurant's day to day operations and will carry out company policies and procedures.

As an integral part of the leadership team, this position is responsible for:

• Oversee operational practices making sure that your restaurant runs smoothly and meets projected goals and objectives.
• Ensure your restaurant delivers excellent guest service.
• Coordinate with, report, and make recommendations to the District Leader in order to improve guest experience and drive traffic and sales in your restaurant.
• Cultivate and grow a strong team of committed leaders and team members within your restaurant.

Experience:

• Two (2) years of restaurant operations, muti-unit QSR/Fast Casual management experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work 50 hours per week.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Computer skills preferred.
• Excellent problem solving skills, results oriented, and guest-focused.
• Excellent guest relationship skills.
• Strong leadership and decision making skills.
