Job Description: The Specification Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting customer inquiries & facilitating the accuracy of JSI’s e-tools. This role involves collaborating closely with both internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless communication of JSI's products and services. Responsibilities include assisting with customer quotes and drawings, conducting spec checks, addressing general product questions, and ensuring the accuracy of JSI’s e-tools.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Create comprehensive Customer quotes & visualizations
2. Provide expert product guidance & support
3. Collaborate with engineering as needed for detailed product information/specials
4. Ensure data accuracy & report any discrepancies or missing information for e-tools to update/correct
5. Verify customer quotes for pricing and appropriate product
6. Assist with finding products to meet customer needs
7.Oversee project management activities
Professional License/Specialized Training: CET and 2020 software experience required
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Education: High school diploma minimum
Skills/Competencies: Attention to detail, ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, coworkers and supervisors, experience with CET and 2020 software, problem solving, & project management
Equipment/Programs: Microsoft Office Suite, CET and/or 2020 software, AutoCAD
