Job Summary:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily hotel operations, ensuring top-notch guest services, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role offers opportunities for career growth and development within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily hotel activities to uphold company standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in upscale establishments.
- Proficiency in Catering, Restaurant, Fine Dining, and Food Service Management.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management.
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members.
- Knowledge of Hotel Operations, Supervising, and Assistant Manager roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
