Guest Service Representative

We are seeking a professional and courteous Guest Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service to our valued guests. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive overall experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle guest complaints and concerns with diplomacy and empathy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
• Collaborate with external contractors and vendors as needed
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment

Server/Bartender/Breakfast Attendant

We are seeking experienced Servers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu
• Take orders and communicate them accurately to the kitchen
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with side work and other duties as assigned
