- BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Technical Engineering is required
- 7 years of experience in technical engineering, or controls engineering roles or project management engineering within foods, fast-moving-consumer0products (FMCPG) manufacturing and packaging or related environments
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of SAP systems
- Expertise in controls and robotic technology
- Experience with equipment integrators is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
