We are looking for a skilled Estimator who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about precision and innovation.What You’ll Do: As an Estimator, you’ll be the go-to expert for customer bids and opportunity cost estimations. Your mission will be to provide accurate, reliable estimates that help the company select the best projects for long-term success and growth. You'll be working closely with various stakeholders, applying your critical thinking and analytical skills to ensure top-notch performance.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:
  • Estimate Like a Pro: Master the art of understanding operational and material requirements to accurately estimate assigned projects.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work with stakeholders to gather input and continuously seek better methods to increase success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Master the ins and outs of operational and material requirements for precise project estimates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information and offer innovative alternatives to boost project success.
  • Execute standard work processes, including labor and material cost estimation, vendor collaboration, and total cost calculations.
  • Develop value-added and value-engineering solutions.
  • Ensure timely completion of quotes and bids.
What You'll Need:
  • Education: BS/BA/AAS or an equivalent of 3 years of estimating and or manufacturing experience is required
  • Experience: 1 years as an Estimator in a custom manufacturing environment, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in spatial and geometry calculations, problem-solving, risk identification, and excellent communication skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong Microsoft Office skills are a must.
Work Environment:
  • You’ll be spending your time both standing, walking, and sitting.
  • You’ll need to use your hands for handling or feeling, reaching, and occasionally climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • You’ll work in environments that may include exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, loud noise, and various extreme conditions (heat, cold, wet, or humid).
