Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction project coordination and possess a strong understanding of construction management software.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate construction project activities and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Assist in project scheduling, including monitoring timelines and milestones
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution

-verify materials and ordering on a project by project basis-schedule workers in the master schedule for residential projects
- Utilize construction management software such as Square takeoff, Clear Estimates, HeavyBid, Prolog for efficient project coordination
- Support construction estimating and budgeting processes
- Oversee project documentation and maintain accurate records
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders

Experience:

- Previous experience in construction coordination or related field
- Proficiency in using construction management software like ProCore, HeavyBid, Prolog
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of project scheduling, construction estimating, and build processes
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
